JINGIN HOTEL: 2027-2028 Corporate Rate Agreement

Agreement period: January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028.
MCUT faculty and staff staying at JINGIN HOTEL are entitled to the following corporate rates (breakfast included).

All rates are in NT$ and include 5% tax and 10% service charge. Extra beds are not available.

Benefits and Terms

  1. Corporate guests enjoy the following benefits:
    • Buffet breakfast at the hotel's Eucalyptus Restaurant (桉樹餐廳).
    • Free use of Wi-Fi, laundry room, fitness room, 24-hour snack bar, and the koala-themed children's playroom (無尾熊奇遊樂園).
    • Free parking in the hotel's basement parking lot. Parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved.
    • 10% off laundry service.
    • 10% off the same-day rate for room types not listed above (see the hotel's official website).
  2. Check-in is after 4:00 p.m.; check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
  3. Stays of three or more consecutive nights are charged the weekday rate on holidays as well. All charges incurred at the hotel must be settled at check-out; the hotel does not accept charging to account or payment after check-out.
  4. When booking, please provide the university's tax ID number or name to hotel staff. At check-in, an employee ID card or business card must be presented to receive the corporate rate.
  5. Employees showing an employee ID card or business card receive 10% off meals at the Eucalyptus Restaurant (not applicable to large banquets, special-project meetings, or delivered meal boxes).
  6. Weekdays and holidays are as defined by the hotel's official website.
  7. These rates do not apply during the Lunar New Year holiday. For rates and offers during that period, please see the hotel's official website or contact the hotel by phone.
