Ming Chi University of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the University), in order to follow the management of the welfare fund for all faculty and staff and improve their welfare, has set up the Faculty and Staff Welfare Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Association) in accordance with Article 26 of the school's constitution. The "Measures for the Establishment of Faculty and Staff Welfare Committees" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") shall be formulated.
